Take note: Customer was irritated with solar companies, customer objected to cost and amount of phone calls.  RMC Agent Smoothly transitioned the call into Giving the customer a “what's in it for them” benefit and Customer booked appointment with Momentum.

Take note: Customer was feeling overwhelmed with calls. RMC Agent put her mind at ease took the obligation out of the call.  RMC Agent qualified consumer by filters and Transferred to Momentum Solar, who then booked appointment.

Lori Tindel

Take note: Customer was very frustrated with getting disqualified with other companies.  RMC Agent smoothly directed her and qualified her by filters and transferred to CEE.

Chrisa Holzaepfel

Take note: RMC Agent was Very Professional and compliant with pitch , great attention to detail on her pitch and her approach to questions!

Take note: Customer was very not interested in going solar in the start of the call. RMC Agent Explained the benefit of going solar in the state of Florida, which turned the whole call around.  RMC Agent qualified the consumer to filters and Momentum was easily able to book a appointment.
